Shipping Rates:

Our online store checkout offers the best live shipping rates available in the country based on the offering of 100+ carriers.

Shipping rates are dependent upon the weight and dimensions of the ordered products, as well as their delivery destination.

Shipping Methods:

Products are generally shipped via LTL motor freight:

- Back of truck (no liftgate) – Delivery to a commercial hub. Customer to remove shipment from truck. 1 man delivery.
- Curbside (liftgate) – Delivery left on the curbside. Carrier will lower shipment to the ground. 1 man delivery.
- Basic threshold – Delivery left outside ground floor entrance. 1 man delivery.
- Threshold – Delivery left at first dry area (garage/covered porch). 1 man delivery.
- Room of Choice – Delivery to a designated room of your choice up to 2 staircases. 1 or 2 men delivery depending on weight.
- White Glove – Packaging removal 
- White Glove – Light Assembly 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. The acceptance of a shipment by the carrier is an acknowledgement that the articles for transport were tendered in excellent condition and in approved packaging. The carrier performing transport and delivery of marchandise to your door is responsible for the condition. If you accept a shipment from the carrier damaged or short the quantities shown on the bill of lading without properly notating the delivery receipt, you will forfeit your right to a claim. Be sure to email our customer service department at returns@yourlockerstore.com to report any notated or concealed damages or shortages within 3 days of delivery 

- If your shipment has visible damage or shortage:

Consignee must notify the carrier by phone and then in writing to arrange for an inspection of the damaged freight or evidence of shortage. Carrier will provide an exception number that is to be noted on the delivery receipt and bill of lading prior to signing for the shipment. Driver must note on the delivery receipt and bill of lading of any shortage or damage including the exception number. All supporting documentation including a detailed list of damaged items to be replaced should be emailed to returns@yourlockerstore.com
 
- If the shipment has concealed damage or shortage:

If the damage/shortage is not found until merchandise is unpacked, please notify the carrier by phone and then in writing to make arrangements for an inspection. Failure to notify our customer service department of a concealed damage or shortage within 3 days of receipt of shipment voids arry claims for loss.

- If there is a shortage:

If the shipment is delivered not in accordance with the quantity of cartons as shown on your delivery receipt, do not accept it until such shortages are noted on the delivery receipt and bill of lading. All supporting documentation should be emailed to returns@yourlockerstore.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

 

Lead Time:

Most unassembled products will usually ship out within 1 to 9 business days; most assembled products will usually ship out within 5 to 14 business days.

Lead times may vary based on the ordered products, quantity, and available inventory at the time of purchase.
