Confirmation & Cancellation

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail summarizing your purchase as soon as you check out your items. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

Tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Order Cancellation:

All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administration fee.
