Returns & Refunds


An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is the mechanism we use to process returned goods. To get your RGA number, please email us at returns@yourlockerstore.com with your order number and our customer service team will be able to assist you. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA number from Your Locker Store. 

 

Please read carefully as Returns & Refunds policies do vary based on the manufacturer:

Salsbury Industries: Eligible product(s) must be returned prepaid by the buyer in their original shipping cartons within 15 days of receipt. All unassembled lockers and mailboxes are subject to a 40% restocking charge. Custom orders and orders with options (including locker assembly) cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

Hallowell: Eligible product(s) must be returned prepaid by the buyer in their original shipping cartons within 15 days of receipt. All knock-down lockers are subject to a 40% restocking charge while assembled stock lockers are subject to a 50% restocking charge. Production items are non-returnable.

Penco: All sales are final. No cancellation or return will be accepted once an order has been processed.
