Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)

A Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA #) is required to process all returns. To obtain an RGA number, please email returns@yourlockerstore.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assist you.

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RGA number issued by Your Locker Store.

Manufacturer-Specific Return & Refund Policies

Please review the following policies carefully, as return and refund terms vary by manufacturer:

ASI Storage Solutions

• Eligible products must be returned prepaid by the buyer in their original shipping cartons within 15 days of receipt.

• Unassembled lockers are subject to a 40% restocking/handling fee.

• Assembled lockers and production items are non-returnable.
  

• Freight charges are non-refundable and will not be credited once an order has shipped.
  
  

Hallowell

• Eligible products must be returned prepaid by the buyer in their original shipping cartons within 15 days of receipt.

• Unassembled lockers are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

• Assembled stock lockers are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

• Production items are non-returnable.
  

• Freight charges are non-refundable and will not be credited once an order has shipped.

Penco

• All sales are final.

• No cancellations or returns will be accepted once an order has been processed.
  
  

Postal Products Unlimited

• Orders canceled more than 48 hours after placement may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or full charges if production has already been completed.
• Eligible products must be returned prepaid by the buyer in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt.
  
• All returned products, if eligible, are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Custom orders and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  
• Freight charges are non-refundable and will not be credited once an order has shipped.

Salsbury Industries

• Eligible products must be returned prepaid by the buyer in their original shipping cartons within 15 days of receipt.

• Unassembled lockers and mailboxes are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

• Custom orders and orders with options (including locker assembly) cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  

• Freight charges are non-refundable and will not be credited once an order has shipped.

Tennsco

• All sales are final.

• No cancellations or returns will be accepted once an order has been processed.
